Eric’s Fish & Chips in Norfolk harks back to the traditional British fish and chip restaurants of the past, blending that nostalgia with a modern European menu influence. The aim, then and now, was to make fish & chips the way they should be – simple, fresh and tasty, using the best local ingredients.

The same vision has been applied to Eric's awesome range of sauces. Recipes dreamed up by Eric Snaith himself & brought to life in a jar by us at Crush Foods.
