Our gluten free lemon cake is a soft and moist sponge cake made with lemon peel and flavoured with lemon oil. This citrus flavour is a classic, so we made it gluten free for all to enjoy! It is suitable for coeliacs.

Ingredients

Whole egg, sugar, potato starch, modified starch, rapeseed oil, lemon peel (lemon peel, glucose-fructose syrup, salt, citric acid), palm oil, whey powder (from milk), raising agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium carbonate), emulsifiers (vegetable glycerine, polyoxyethylene sorbitan mono-oleate, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate), preservative (potassium sorbate), natural lemon flavouring (lemon oil), thickener (xanthan gum), glucose syrup, skimmed milk powder, salt, glaze (sugar, water, glucose syrup, gelling agent (pectin), citric acid, acidity regulator (sodium citrates))
