Following on from the popularity of the previous vintage, we have produced our still Schonburger once again; this time with an added twist - grape skin contact was used to add further intensity. Fermented in stainless steel, aromas of lychee and rose petal with hints of ginger. Tropical fruits shine on the palate with a dry finish and perfect for Asian style foods. 11.5% - under cork
