Burn Valley - Chalk Bed Reserve 2022 WINE & FIZZ, Burn Valley Wines, NEW PRODUCTS, CAFE & PUBS, Burn Valley Wines

Back in our cellars once more following on from successful 2018 & 2020 vintages. This Rondo and Regent blend has been fermented on skins for three weeks and pressed into tank; before transferred into barrel. Individual Regent and Rondo barrels were selected to create this 50:50 blend. Subtle oak notes on the nose merge well with black forest fruits and floral notes. A richer, darker palate than the single variety Regent yet a softer, smoother finish. 11.5% - under cork
