The English Virgin Oak is a wonderfully rich and chocolatey whisky matured exclusively in Virgin Oak casks, having been made from totally unpeated malted barley. Try it neat, or with a little splash of water if you want to bring the sweeter flavours to the fore.

THE NOSE

The soft sweetness of honeycomb and ripe bananas, with citrus and nutmeg, and ginger adding zesty undertones

THE PALATE

Confectionary notes of chocolate, brown sugar and vanilla fudge, deepened with ripe bananas, stewed pears, and cherries, warmed by the soft spiciness of clove, nutmeg, black pepper and freshly cut oak

THE FINISH

Lingering rich toffee with a peppery finish
