By using select ingredients within the finest recipes they have created a range of dressings and infusions, handmade in small batches and ideal for everyday cooking. The Oil retains its flavour when heated so is not only ideal for drizzling, dressing and dipping but also perfect for roasting, frying and baking. The Norfolk Vinaigrette is flavoursome and herby. Not only is it ideal for using in salads, it is also wonderful as a marinade for meat (especially lamb) and vegetables. You can try stirring it through steamed new potatoes and peas, drizzling into stews and soups to add depth of flavour, or stirring through couscous and pasta...
