DESCRIPTION
Our Norfolk PX is created by marrying 15 year old Pedro Ximinez sherry with our single malt whisky. This is matured for a further 2 yrs in oak and the result is a drink that tastes like liquid Christmas pudding. For a unique twist to our Norfolk PX, we've infused it with distilled ginger which creates a wonderful warmth that makes it perfect for a hot toddy!

TASTING NOTES
Our famous Pedro Ximinez sherry has been infused with ginger and the result is amazing.
Delicious served neat – one for the hipflask; or try with a splash of hot water and slice of lemon.
