Combining the subtle flavours of strawberry and lavendar this is a truly lovely jam, which would be a perfect addition to a classic afternoon tea.

Preserves made in the traditional way using an open maslin pan. Each batch is very small. Most of the fruit is picked by Seasons Bounty or comes from local farms. Seasons Bounty products regularly win awards at the World Original Marmalade awards as well as Great Taste awards
