Inspired by the kitchen garden, earthy beetroot complements sweet red onion making this sauce a new British classic. Perfect with chargrilled vegetables, crispy halloumi fries, smoked mackerel or stir through thick, creamy yoghurt to create a vibrant dip.

Prepared in small batches by hand in our Norwich kitchen.

INGREDIENTS: Beetroot (40%), Onion, Brown Sugar, Cider Vinegar, Garlic, Salt, Spices.
