Inspired by authentic Texan BBQ, the rich, roasted coffee flavours in this sauce are perfect for marinating tofu, slow-cooked beef brisket and epic Tomahawk steaks, or revamp your breakfast to create the ultimate bacon sandwich.

Prepared in small batches by hand in our Norwich kitchen.

INGREDIENTS: Tomatoes, Cider Vinegar, Rice Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Brown Sugar, Soy Sauce (Soybeans, Wheat), Coffee (7%), Herbs & Spices (Celery), Salt, Xanthan Gum.
