Inspired by Cajun influences and powerful flavours of the Deep South, this gutsy sauce adds a generous kick of spice to succulent BBQ meats, tasty fried chicken or grilled fish.

Prepared in small batches by hand in our Norwich kitchen.

INGREDIENTS: Tomatoes, Water, Cider Vinegar, Rice Wine Vinegar (Sulphites), Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce (Barley, Fish), Herbs & Spices (Celery), Salt, Xanthan Gum.
