A quirky twist on the quintessential British summer beverage. Brimming with the coolness of cucumber and the floral undertone of elderflower, Norfolk Cordial's Elderflower & Cucumber cordial has an outstandingly pure and fresh taste, perfect for hot summer days, BBQs and pre-dinner drinks.

Ingredients:
Sugar, fresh cucumber juice 24%, elderflower infusion 19% (water, fresh elderflowers - 133g elderflowers per 100ml), fresh lemon juice 6%, citric acid

Serving suggestion:
Mix one part cordial to 10 parts water (chilled sparkling water is best). Stir gently, garnish with a few ice cubes, a slice of lemon and a sprig of fresh thyme.

Storage:
Ambient (unopened) and once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 6 months.
