Here at Candi's Chutney we strongly believe that our use of regional and seasonal produce from East Anglia, is what helps to make our recipes so special.

This is Candi's regional variation on a traditional Kashmiri mango chutney, using regionally grown Bramley apples in place of mango. NO MANGOS!.

Serving suggestion:
Dunk your poppadoms, or mix into your favourite curry for a sweet kick.

Bramley Apples (40%), Muscovado Sugar, Onions, Whole Dates, Sultanas, Root Ginger, Cider Vinegar (Sulphites), Coriander Seeds, Red Chilli Flakes, Garlic, Yellow Mustard Seeds (Mustard), Cloves, Bay Leaves, Black Pepper, Cumin, Cassia Bark, Black Cardamom, Fennel Seeds (Fennel), Star Anise, Sea Salt.
