A soft, sweet marmalade for those who dislike the bitterness of a traditional Seville marmalade. The addition of lemons adds just the right measure of sharpness.

Preserves made in the traditional way using an open maslin pan. Each batch is very small. Most of the fruit is picked by Seasons Bounty or comes from local farms. Seasons Bounty products regularly win awards at the World Original Marmalade awards as well as Great Taste awards
