A traditional Seville marmalade with the addition of brown sugar. This gives the marmalade a wonderfully rich treacle flavour and, like a good wine, the flavour will deepen if left unopened.

Preserves made in the traditional way using an open maslin pan. Each batch is very small. Most of the fruit is picked by Seasons Bounty or comes from local farms. Seasons Bounty products regularly win awards at the World Original Marmalade awards as well as Great Taste awards
