The addition of passion fruit with the raspberries adds another layer of depth and taste sensation. Tastes first of raspberries, then the fragrant tang of the passion fruit kicks in. A tastebud delight.
Preserves made in the traditional way using an open maslin pan. Each batch is very small. Most of the fruit is picked by Seasons Bounty or comes from local farms. Seasons Bounty products regularly win awards at the World Original Marmalade awards as well as Great Taste awards
