An artisanal charcuterie on the North Suffolk coast, championing the produce of smallholders that are passionate about the plight of rare breed pigs & dedicated to rearing high-welfare, slow-grown, truly free-range pork. We operate with a nose-to-tail ethos & by exclusively practicing whole animal butchery, we can offer a sustainable, provenance-led approach where every finished product is labelled with the breed of pig & the farm it was sourced from.
